Understanding results, payments & liability

While our services aim to drive efficiency and engagement, Apex Automation does not guarantee specific revenue increases; results vary based on individual business factors. All services are billed monthly, and late payments may lead to the temporary suspension of your service. We are not liable for any damages arising from the misuse of our services, client non-compliance with regulatory obligations, or outages/disruptions caused by third-party service providers.

Termination, privacy & governing law

Both Apex Automation and the client reserve the right to terminate service with appropriate written notice. Your data's safety and privacy are paramount to us; all client information and customer data processed through our systems are handled securely and confidentially.
